The Planning Officer provided figures for residential developments dealt with by the Council between January Ist, 1976 and June 30th, 1976 and advised that the figures did not reflect houses under construction but rather the number of lots being created by subdivision and/or rezoning. Alderman Ranger then requested that a full report be prepared for Council's consideration and Alderman Thompson further requested that the report include the figures for 1975 and 1976 and that the same be available for the next meeting of Council. Alderman Ranger then questioned the opening of certain roads in the area and the resulting traffic patterns and Alderman Traboulay suggested that prior to going to Public Hearing, the applications would go to each Council Committee for their consideration and report, i.e. Public Works regards road patterns; Leisure Activities regarding park requirements, etc.; se that a full report is available prior to the Hearing, and that these questions are not being overlooked. . Plann.&Zoning re ' J Q e] From the Planning and Zoning Committee, July 8th, 1976 with respect R#8/76 - Manning to an application (R#8/76) to rezone four 33' lots on Monning Avenue rezoning from RM-1 (Low Density Apartment Residential) to RM-3 (Intermediate Density Apartment Residential) to permit the development of a 6 unit row housing project and recommending approval of the rezoning and further recommending that a public information meeting not be held as the property is presently zoned for apartment use and only the density is being altered.
