basis of cost plus 10%, should the action become necessary.

1. That with respect to the forthcoming annual general election
Ronald Arthur Freeman, City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam shall be the Returning Officer.

2. Nominations will be held at the Ceuncil Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. at the time
specified by Statute; namely 10 o'clock in the forenoon to 12 o'clock
noon on Monday, October 25th, 1976.

3. In case a poll is required the same will be held during the
time specified by Statute; namely, from 8 o'clock in the forenoon to 8
o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday, November 20th, 1976; at the following
places:
