Co i /Ald.Laking re Alderman Laking referred to a request he had received from a female i alking bridge over ,coquitlam R. taxpayer for construction of a walking bridge over the Coquitlam River F ‘at Lincoln Ave. at Lincoln Avenue for students from the East side of the River attending the new Hastings Junior Secondary School, and he stated he had explained to her that he was quite sure such a project could not be undertaken 8 this year in view of the tight budget situation.
