‘PUBLIC NOTICE

THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT CONUITLAM

TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to By-law No. 1190, cited as the
"Caty of Port Coquitlam Sewer Treatment Plant Site Reservation By-law,
1962, Removal and Repeal By-law, 1972, No. 1190” the Municipal Council
of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam intends to remove the
reservation for sewer treatment plant purposes of municipally-owned
dand pore particularly known and described as Lots 11 and 12, of Lots :
231 avd 232, Group One, Plan 11613, New Westminster District, consisting !
of 9.56 acres more or less;

‘AND FURTHER THAT pursuant to the provisions of the said By~law No.
1290 the Council proposes to repeal the “City of Port Coquitlam Sewer
Treatment Plant Site Reservation By-law, 1962";

AND THAT on the Seventeenth day of July, 1972 the said By-law No.
1290 will be placed before che Council for third reading accompanied by
all communications in this regard that have been received by the City
Clerk at the address noted below.
