RECOMMENDATION: That City Council adopt the following: resolution

addition onto their existing building. ;

WHEREAS the Permittee wishes to commence" a”:

“AND WHEREAS the Permittee has made
application for a Development Permit in
regard ‘to the Lands;

AND: WHEREAS the Municipal Act R.S.B. Cc. 1979,
‘Ce 290 ‘provides that-In a ‘Development Permit
certain matters may be varied or- supplemented
in. the manner specified therein; .

NOW THEREFORE the Council.of the city. hereby
‘Issues a Development Permit in respect of. ALL

Explanatory Plan 17359.

COMMENTS:

The above resotution is being submitted to City Council. for
adoption to implement the earlier planning report: submitted ‘to
Council. for approval during 1983. Essentially, what: is being
proposed’ is to construct a small addition onto the back of the |
Millers Upholstery buiiding and to provide additional parking on
a neighbouring lot owned by Soquitiam Diesel. ; vn,
