is authorized to store special waste at a facility at 1651 Kingsway Avenue, Port Coquidam, British
Columbia. subject to the conditions listed below. Contravention of any of these conditions is a
violation of the Waste Management Act and may result in prosecution.

The storage of special waste is authorized until February 28, 2001.

L. Specific Authorized Storage
1.1 Th: sources of special waste are decommissioned electrical equipment containing PCBs.
1.2 The wantity of special waste which may be stored Is limited as follows:

PCB Liquid 1250 kg
PCB Wastes, limited to transformers 363 kg
PCB Wastes, limited to capacitors 4250 kg
PCB Wasies. limited to ballasts 120 ke
PCB Wastes. limitwd to Miscellaneous containers 72kg

The works authorized are those associated with a special waste storage facility (the
facility) including a steel cargo container with a spill containment system within a locked,
fenced compound. and related appurtenances located approximarely as shown on the
attached site plan (Appendix A).

The facility is located at Parcel B of District Lot 288 and Lot 282, New Westminster
District, Reference Plan 61443.
