ie 4: mt ili Ht THE CORPORATION OF THE CIXY OF PORT COQUITI BYLAW NO. 2636 A Bylaw to Amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" MAR 1 § 1997 The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Section 1003 of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is repealed and the following substituted: "1003. CLEAN INDUSIRIAL (M~3) (1) INTENT To provide a high-quality setting for light industrial and related uses and to serve as a transition between industry and nearby commercial, residential or agricultural uses. USES PERMITTED The following uses are permitted, but only when sited and completely enclosed within a building: (a) Light industrial; (b) Processing and finishing of manufactured goods, lacluding larnge~scale cleaning and laundry establishments; (c) Warehousing, storage, distribution and delivery of goodg; (d) Wholesale and acceasory retail sales, provided that the sales and display areas are lacated in the same building and, when combined, do not constitute more than 20% of the grosa floor area occupied by the business carrying out that use; Laboratories and sclentific and technical research establishments; Trade, technical, professional and vocational schools; The following effice uses, provided that the minimum area occupied by each individual office use or business ig at least $50 m* (5,920 sq. £t.): ~ Municipal, Provincial, or Federal Governments, Utility companies, Engineering and surveying offices, RY LAW Ne ess.
