Project Scopes The applicant is proposing to develop the property to accomodate a full service 20 room hotel complete with a 100 seat restaurant, a 65~seat tounge and a beer and wine store with 643 sq.ft. of retail floor area. Bylaw Compliance: The proposed expanded building generally conforms with the provision of the Ccs-1 (Highway -Commercial zone*; the beer and wine store, however, is not a permitted use in the highway-commercial zone.
