SUBJECT: Reeve Street Park -— Christmas Tree Burn

Recommendation

That the Port Coquitlam Fire Fighters be given permission
to use Reeve Street Park for a Christmas Tree Burn on
Saturday, January 6, 1990.

Background & Comments

This year the Port Coquitlam Fire Fighters held the first Christmas
tree burn at Reeve Street Park in January. The event was most
successful and well attended. Next year they wish to hold their
second annual “burn” at Reeve Street Park. The Parks & Recreation
Committee have no problem with the concept and support the use of
Reeve Street Park for the event.
