Sf ft OCT 2 2 197, Re: Third Reading — By-law Nos. 1273 and 1274 Following the holding of the Zoning Public Hearing on Monday, October 15th, 1973 both the above-noted By-laws are available for third reading. With respect to By~law No. 1274 we would Suggest that if the Council wishes to give effect to the changes to Land Use Contract No. 4 that we recommended at the Public Hearing that the following resolution be passed: "That By-law No. 1274 be amended by: 1. Striking out Section 3 of the "Land Use Contract No. 4" which is the Schedule annexed to the By-law and substituting the following therefor: "3, The land, including the surface of water, and any and all buildings, structures and improvements erected thereon, thereover or therein shall be used only (a) with respect to the Lot 166 referred to in Section 4 hereof and shown on the site plan attached hereto as Appendix IV for those uses permitted in 'RS~1 (One-Family Residential) Zones in the City and for no other purposes whatsoever ®) with respect to the Lot 167 referred to in Section 4 hereof and shown on the site plan attached hereto as Appendix’ IV for those uses permitted in RM-1 (Low-Density Apartment Residential) Zones in the City and for no other purposes whatsoever.? 2. That the said Land Use Contract be further amended by striking out the word "storm" from the second line of Section 12. AND THAT By-law No. 1274, as amended, be read a third time."
