RECOMMENDATION:

That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized on behalf of the
Corportion of the City of Port Coquitlam to execute the
Agreement for service between the City and Ms. Helen Fitch.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

When the above was placed before the Council meeting of Monday,
September 22, 1986 Council agreed that an appointment of a Co-
ordinator of Emergency Social Services be made.

Interviews have now been comp!teted and Ms. Helen Fitch was
selected as the successful candidate.

Attached please find a copy of the Agreement for your
consideration and approval.
