COMMENTS:

|}. Alderman Keryluk, Chairman of the Planning Committee of.
Council! has expressed concern about comments that there are
Internal contradiation between the text and maps of the
Community Plan, _

The comments are that the plan. map des!gnates the Dominion
Triangle as farmiland, while. In the text of the plan report
there Is reference to long term planning. .
The sections referred to are In the Plan Polleles for Land
Management (Section 4.2) on page 17 and Industrial Polleles
(4.6) on page 32, |

On page 17, Plan Polley for Land Management 4.2.2 (3)
reads; "In order to accommodate tutura development, lands
In the Domialon Triangle and beside the Coquitlam Band
Indlan Reserve will be considered In the long term for
development." (Note: thls refers to future planning not
to a specific jand use), "These fands are presently
contained in the Agricultural Land Reserve and are subject
to the regulations of the Agricultural Land Commisston.
