Notice is hereby given That The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitiam has the intention of selling that certain parcel of
lana in Port Coqutiam, British Columbia which is more
particularty described as:

District Lot 463, Group 1, Plan 2214, New Westminster
District inectuded in Lot 1 on subdivision ptan certified
by Robert M. Reese, British Columbla Land Surveyor and
datea the 19th day of November 1984.

This property is a portion of the tormer Elgin Avenue road
allowance between Mary Hil! Road and Kingsway Avenue and
contains 0.1048 ha. (11,281 sq.ft.).

in the event that the foregoing f!ands are offered for sale, the
towest price which will be accepted for them is $25,382.00 pilus
$37,240.00 that is required To relocate a drainage ditch
presentiy existing on The property thus resulting in a total
payment to the City of $62,622.00. 1# any person desires any
