63239 of Section 17 and 18, Block 6, North Range 1, East,
New Westminster District, in the standard right-of-way
form customarily used by the said City;

2. That a right-of-way be granted to B.C. Hydro and Power
Authority over Parcel "One", Bylaw Plan 63239 of Section
17 and 18, Block 6, North Range 1, East, New Westminster
District, in the form of right-of-way customarily used by
the said Authority;

3. That Parcel "One", Bylaw Plan 63239 of Section 17 and
18, Block 5, North Range l, East, New Westminster
District, be sold, subject to the two right-of-ways -
hereinbefore mentioned, ta Tri-line Expressways Ltd. at or
for the sum of $1.00;

4. That the subdivision plan of Lot 2 and a portion of
Lots 1 and 3 of Parcels "A" and "B", Plan 8850, and Parcel
"One", Reference Plan 63239 of Section 17, 18, and 19,
Block 6, North Range 1, East, New Westminster District, be
and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and Clerk
are authorized to sign the said plan on behalf of the City
and affix the City's Corporate Seal thereto;

SUBJECT to the receipt by the City of $35,000. from the
Ministry of Transportation and Highways of the Province of
British Columbia;

AND, to the registration of title to the new Lot 23 of the

subdivision plan hereinbefore approved in the name of the
City.
