Re: Works of Local ™mprovement

In connection with the proposed construction of
storm sewer, pavement, curb and boulevard and watermain
replacement on Lobb Avenue, Mary Hill Road to Shaughnessy
Street, as a work of Local Improvement I am pleased to
report as follows:

(aj) The lifetime of the work. will be twenty (20)
year.

(b) The estimated cost of the work is $119,048.00.

(c) The share or proportion of the cost which will
be specially charged against the parcels benefiting from or
abutting on the work is $13.75 per taxable front foot in
accordance with the provisions of the "Local Improvement
Charge. By-law, 1969, No. 912" for normal lacal improvement.
