October 29th, 1979. in the next few months the discotheque will again be brought to the attention of the Council and Alderman Mabbett asked that the discotheque be reviewed again in 4 to 6 weeks and a further report be received from the R.C.M.P. Alderman Ranger stated that in his opinion if there are any doubts at all about the discotheque operation the by~law tre allow Sunday operation should be held in abeyance. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That By-law No. 1712 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted. Carried. Alderman Ranger voted against the resolution. Moved by Alderman Mabbett: Seconded by Alderman Ranger: That a confidential report be requested from the R.C.M.P. regarding the operation of the PoCo Cabana Discotheque to be received for the December 10th, 1979 Council meeting. Defeated. Aldermen Mabbett, Ranger, and Traboulay voted in favour of the resolution.
