' to bring about tri-level conferences with the Federal and Provincial governments
for the pur pos se of obtaining a better financial formula for the municipalities,

mentioning that speeches were given by various Federal and Provincial members,

and commenting that the Conference was exceptionally well organized, very informa-

tive and most entertaining.

Engineer and Assistant city Engineer met with Mrs NAW “Hullah on April i7th, 1974
to discuss the proposed 30 lot subdivision immelately North of the } fary Hill Elem-
ntary School, and that, as 5 part of the discussions, and in “accordance with the
City. Clerk' s memorandum of December 18th, 1973, the City Engineer stated the City

that he owes it to the City; also, very ‘recently the City Engineer has learned
