consideration received from the registered owners of each sf the parcels of

lands and d_ premises hereinafter describe ed, The Corporation of the City of

Port Coquitiam hereby releases and discharges the herein described lands
and premises from any and all claims, rights and interests granted to the
City pursuant to. the right-of-way registered in the City’s favour under No.
658282 in the New Westminster Land Registry Office. The lands and premises
hereby released and discharged are described as follows:

Lets 396 and 398 of the South-east Quarter Section 12, Township 39,
Plan 40387, New Westminster District;

AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary
decuments therefor and affix the Corporate Seai thereto. Carried.

From the City Clerk, January llth, 1973 advising that in accordance

with the provisions of the Municipal Act, a public notice was posted on

January 2nd, 1973 advising that the oxopesed property exchange of the -

City lot losated at 2384 Mary Hill Road and property located at 2470 Mary
Hill Road owned by Mrs, Carmen R. Reed was under consideration and that
alternate proposals be submitted by 12:00 noon, Thursday, January llth,
1973. . The City Clerk, in his report, advised that one alternate proposal
had been received from Mrs..Elferink, 1458 Pipeline Road, Port Coquitlam,
B.C. offering $5.00 for 2384 Mary Hill Road.

That Lot 2, Block C, District Lot 289. Group One, Plan 1954, Except
Parts shown on Pian with By-law filed 6287 be sold to Mrs. Carmen Rose Read,
2470 Mary Hill Road, Port Coquitlam, B. C. at or for the sum of $1.00;

SUBJECT to the transfer of Lot 4, Block A, District Lot 289, Group One,
Plan 1954, New Westminster District by Mrs. Carmen Rose Reed to The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam for the sum of $1.00;

AND THAT His. Worship the Mayor and City Clerk: be authorized to execute
the necassary documents, plans, deeds, therefor and affix the Corporate
Seal thereto. Carried,
