ing from recent cases heard in
Terrace provincial court:
March 2 - New Alyansh

Gregg Louis Cavagnaro was
convicted of impaired driving.
Cavagnato was fined $300 and is
prohibited from driving for one
year.

Bran William Layland pleaded

guilty to narcotic possession and _

was fined $100.

Reynard Herman Mocre was
convicted of driving with a blood-
alcohol level over the legal limit
of 0.08. He was sentenced to 45
days in jail and is prohibited from
driving for one ycar.

Fabian Abel Stewart pleaded
guilty to narcotic. possession and
was fined $100.

Darryl Warren Williams pleaded
guilty to narcotic possession and
was fined $100.

March 4

Teddy Gordon Bedard pleaded
guilty to obstructing a peace of-
ficer. He was fined $250,

Chad Roland Bell pleaded guilty
to narcotic possession. He was
fined $25,

Frank Ambrose Bennett was
fined $20 for narcotic possession.

Steven. Douglas Bowker was
convicted of impaired driving. He
was fined $450 and is prohibited
from driving for one year.

Mervin Johnson Labrash was
convicled of impaired driving,
Labrash was sentenced to three
months in jail, one year on proba-
tion and is prohibited from driving
for one yéar.

- Johnathan Frederick Young
pleaded guilty to narcolic posses-
sion, He was fined $25,

James Victor Cail pleaded guilty
to two counts of assault and two
counts of mischief causing less
than $1,000 damage. Cail was
fined $1,000 and is on probation
for one year.

' Dane Albert Ganson pleaded
guilty to two counts of obstructing
a peace officer. Ganson was fined
$400. -

March 7

Jery Olavi Duham _ pleaded

Trevor Leo Jones was convicled
of two counts of impaired driving.
He was sentenced to six months in
prison and is prohibited from driv-
ing for one anda half years.

Angelo Ricardo Marrelli was

. convicted of assault, He was fined

$150 and is on probation for six

convicted of five counts of assaull.
He was sentenced to four months
in prison and one year on proba

Robert Edward Fedorkiw was
fined $350 for theft under $1,000.

of failing to appear in court He
was fined $1,400 and is prohibited
from driving for one year.

Edwin Wayne Kilgren was con-
victed of impaired driving, refus-
ing to provide ‘a breathalyzer
sample, and two counts of assault-
ing a peace officer, Kilgren was
fined $1,400 and is prohibited
from driving for one year,

Conrad Wayne Provost pleaded
guilty to impaired driving. He was
fined $450 and is prohibited from
driving for one year.
