The manufacturing of the following electrical equipment:
i. heavy electrical machinery and equipment.
The manufacturing, processing or finishing of the following
non-metallic mineral products, or others of like character
or kind: 7 ,
i. abrasive products.

ii. asbestos Products. ; .
cement, plaster, lime, gSypsum and associated products.
clay and clay products. ' ,

concrete products and ready-mix concrete.
_ Stone products.
excluding manufacturing and Processing from raw materials.
The manufacturing, processing and storage of the
following petroleum and coal products:
i. coal and tar products.
it. roofing materials.
excluding manufacturing and processing from raw waterials.
The manufacturing, processing and storage of the
following chemical and allied products:
i. compreasad geses.
ii. disinfectants and insecticides.
111. gum and wood chemicals.
iv. primary plastics,
v. rubber.

Manufacturing and processing from raw materials not hereinbefore

permitted may be permitted by Land Use Contract subject to the

provisions of Section 702A of the “Municipal Act" and Section

202A of this By-law.

(2) Conditions of Use:

(a) Lot Area and Width
Each lot shall have an area of not less than 4 acres
and a width of not less than 10% of the perimeter,

except where such lot was existing at the effective

date of this By-law.

(b) Lot Coverage and Building Size

Buildings and structures together shall not exceed a
lot coverage of 60% and the minimum rosa floor ares
of a principal building shall be 1500 square feet,

(c) Front Yard

A front yard shall be provided of not less than 20

feet in depth.
