That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a letter of
notice to surrounding property owners advising them of this application.

And that City Councii direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a
resolution to permit the relaxation of provisions of Section 24 (5) and
24 (6) (a) and (b) of the Zoning Bylaw for Lot 13, DL 270 of Plan 71468
NWLD.

on Donald Street.

That the portion of Donald Street between City Hal! parking lot and
McAllister Avenue be made one-way in the north bound direction in
accordance with sketch "A" attached to the report to Council! and that
parking be permitted on the east side of that portion of Donald Street.
