Arctic Coast Construction Lid. $382,632.00
Lockerbie & Hole Co. Lid. — $395,352.16
Peter Van Vilet Contracting Lid $412,228.20

Gisborne Design Services Lid. $464,737.00

Our estimate , with contingencies was $ 465,000. plus engineering.

Because the low bid was judged to be a "qualified bid” we will be recommending that
the contract be awarded to the lowest acceptable bid as submitted by Arctic Coast
Construction Ltd.
