RECOMMENDATION:

That the Clerk's office be authorized to endorse the strata title
subdivision of this duplex buiiding.

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION:

This application is to strata title a duplex building. The building
received final inspection on October 3, 1990. Presently the building is being
rented and the tenants have been notified of this application.

Building Permit No. 89-603 was issued in 1989 and the building inspector
indicates that the structure is acceptable for strata titiing.

It is therefore in order to approve this application.
