The MunScipal Counedi of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
in .open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: | |
1. The Zoning Map of "The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of
RS~l assigned to the 13,539 me parcel’ shown on a Proposed Subdivision Plan of a
portion of District Lot 379, :Group One, New Westminster District; being Lots
19, 20, and 21, Plan 3106; Lot 3, Plan 5344; Parcel "y" Sketch 3016; and a
portion of Lot 10], Plan 58743; dated August 31st, 1981 and prepared by
V.C. Goudal and Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors under Drawing,
No. C-3330-81 and assigning the Zone Designation of cD to the said property.
2. 0 |The Comprehensive Development. Plan prepared by the Solar Group
Architects and bearing the project title "River Place" consisting of:

(a). Perspective-Drawing SK-O bearing. date August 3lst, 1981.

(b) Site Plan-Drawing SK-1 bearing date August 24th, 1981.

{c) Stacked Townhouses-Drawing She 4 bearing dute August 7th, Lo8t,

(d) Townhouses-Dsawing SK-3 bearing.,date August 7th, 1981

(e) Group Home and-Townhouse-Drawing SK-4 bearing date August J4th, 1981;

all of which are on file in the Office of the City Clerk, are deemed to he attachad
to and to form part of this By-law.
3. A copy of the Proposed Subdivision vlan referred to in Seetion 1.

is attached to this By-Jaw and made a part thereof.

4. — This By-Jaw mey be cited for «]1.purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 2651, Amendment By-law, 1981, No. 1858".
