A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No, 2921", That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: A 3.33 ha. portion of Lot 75 Section 6 Township 40 Plan LMP12789 New Westminster District as shown on Schedule I attached to and forming part of this Bylaw, is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RM-3 (Townhouse Apartrnent), and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: A 0.890 ha. portion of Lot 75 Section 6 Township 40 Plan LMP12789 New Westminster District as shown on Schedule I attached to and forming part of this Bylaw is hereby rezoned frorn A-1 (Agricultural) to a RM-4 (Apartment), and the Zoning Map .of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
