SUBJECT: 2957 Oxford Street
Development Permit Application

RECOMMENDATION: That City Council! pass the following resolution
to permit fences to be relocated closer te the
north and south property Iines of Lot 82, Block
32, D.L. 464, Pian 46962, N.W.L.D.

WHEREAS. the Permittee wishes to commence a
development on the Lands herein defined;

AND WHEREAS the Permittee has made application
for a Development Permit In regard to the Lands;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Act R.SeB.C. 1979, Ce
290 provides that in a Devetopment Permit
certain matters may be varied or supplemented In
the manner specified +hereln;

NOW THEREFORE the Counci| of the City hereby
Issues a Development Permit In respect of ALL
AND SINGULAR that certain parcel of land situate
in Port Coquitlam, British Columbla, which is
more particularly described as:

Subdivislon of lot 82, of block 32 of district
lot 464 Group ! plan 7080 New Westminster
District.

This application Is to modify the Land Use Contract governing the
subject property. What Its betng requested Is permission to move
fences surrounding the suites! private open space outward to the
property line. immediately west of this property fs a new walkup
apartment building constructed on an underground parking garage.
That parking garage protrudes .5 metre (3 feet) above grade and
extends from property line to property IIne. The fences being
proposed wil! carry on from the parking garage extending east
towards Oxford Street and will be «2 metres (2 feet) higher than
