debentures {ssued pursuant to Clause (a) of this Section.

qe The Collector shall prepare a frontage-tax assessment rolj. in
accordance with the provisions of the "Local Improvement Charge By-law,
1969, No. 912" and shall see to the completion of the procedures leading
to certification cf the said roll by the Court of Revision.

8, The City's share of the cost of the work shall be the balance of
the cost of the work ovee and above the owners’ portion of the cost

and shall be paid from the proceeds of the debentures issued pursuant
to the borrowing authority granted by the Inspector of Municipalities.
9. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Essex Avenue

Paying, Extruded Concrete Curb, and Storm Sewer Local Improvement Construction

By-law, 1979, No. 1688",
