Re: Proposed Subdivision of 3856 Coast Meridian Road S#32-74 Attached hereto please find a sketch outlining the above mentioned proposed subdivision. The proposed two new lots do not meet the frontage requirements of the Subdivision of Land By-law. Please accept this memorandum as a request that you place this pro~- posed subdivision before Council with a request that a frontage exemption be provided as allowed for ‘in Section 712 (2) of the Municipal Act. Originally, this property was made up of three 33 foot lots. At the direction of the City the applicant cancelled the lot lines. I believe this directicn was given on the basis that either a 4-plex could be constructed or an intermunicipal fire hall could be constructed. Both these proposals have been rejected by Council.
