THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQULTLAM

BYLAW NO. 2388

A Bylaw to stop Up and close to traffic a portion of road shown
dedicated on Plan 19637, Section 6, Towaship 40, New Westminster
District in the City of Port Coquitlam.

WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 578 of the

W Municipal Act’, being Chapter 990 of the revised Statutes of British
Columbia, 1979, the Municipal Council. may by bylaw stop up and close traffic a
highway or avy portion of a highway 3

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway
hereinafter described be stopped up aad closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City Port
Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. All that portion of road shown dedicated on Plan 19637, Section 6,
Township 40, New Westminster District tneluded within the heavy
outline on a reference plan certified by A.K. Winter, British Columbia

Land Surveyor on the 19th day of July, 1988, a copy of which is
attached hereto;

is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Patricia Avenue (Plan
19637) Road Closure Bylaw, 1988, No. 2383".
