A Bylaw to Repea} Bylaw No. 1297 and Bylaw No. 1494

The Municipal Counc!! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, In open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The "City of Port Coquitiam Advance Payment of Taxes Bylaw, 1974, No. 1297", as
amenced, Is repealed.

The "Arrears and Delinquent Taxes Interest Rate Establishment Bylaw, 1976, No,
1494, as amended, Is rep-saled,

This Bylaw may be eclted for all purposes as the "Bylaw No. 1297 ang Bylaw No,
1494 Repeal Bylaw, 1985, No. 2074", - a
