Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, Alderman Laking

pointed out that by not consolidating the two lots as originally requested
by the Church, there will be greater flexibility for land assembly, if

required, in the future.

out that the average 2.28 tons collected per week could be doubled by
the public co-operating in properly bundling the paper, and suggested

regard.

flyers be sent cut with the next scheduled mailing to the residents
informing them as to the proper procedure to be used in bundling papers
