Freeman, City Clerk Re: Rights-of-Way - Gavel Subdivision C 0 U N C | OCT 20 1975 On the reverse side of this memorandum is a photostat of a plan showing the arrangement of Rights-of-Way in the above-noted subdivision and these are identified by the small. portions of property cutlined with heavier lines. Due tc the re-location of some existing services through Lots 128, 129, and 140 it is necessary for the City to give up the Right-of-Way it already holds over these lots and the particular area to be released is shown cross-— hatched and enclosed by dotted lines. _ While the new Rights-cf-Way can be accepted without Council action a . resolution of Council will be required to release the Right-of-Way already possessed by the City and this could be done by passage of. the following _ resolution: “That the release of the Right-of-Way in favour of The Corporation of the Gity of Port Coquitlam registered in the New Westminster Land Registry ‘ Office under No. K116744 over those parts of Lot 128 and Lot 140 of District ‘Let 255, and Lot 129 of District Lots 255 and 384, Group One, Plan 48989, New Westminster, shown outlined red on Right-of-Way Plan 47285, be and the same is hereby authorized; AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary document therefor on behalf of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and affix the Corporate Seal thereto." fon.
