BYLAW NO. 2903 SCHEDULE I The aforementioned property shall be restricted to the following uses only in the approximate location as illustrated on Schedule If of this Bylaw: LOT 1: The following uses permitted under the "Neighbourhood Commercial (C-2) Zone: a. Retail sale of goods and personal services providing for daily shopping needs of local NEIGHBOURHOOD residents. Business and professional offices. Cafes, restaurants and food take-out services (excluding drive-in restaurants). Commercial education and instruction services. Apartment residential, subject to the following conditions: Apartment use shall be limited exclusively to storeys above the first story of a building. No other use shall be permitted in the same story for apartment use. Apartment use shall be located within a building above all storys used for a permitted commercial use. Apartment use shall be permitted only where all parking for such use is concealed parking. The location of the story or stories for apartment use shall be not less than 6m. (19.68 ft.) from the front and exterior side lot lines; and 7.5m. (24.60 ft.) from the interior lot line for a wall with a window to a living room and 4.5m. (14.76 ft.) from a wall with a window to any other habitable room. | Family Day Care, Group Day Care, Out of School Day Care, Nursery School and Child Minding. LOT 2: The following uses permitted under the "Apartment (RM-4)" Zone: Apartment residential. Accessory uses.
