Dear Mr. Chown:

One of the drivers brought a concern to my attention which I
would ask you to look into the possibility of resolving.

Many of the handyDART vans use bus zones to load and unload

passengers, especially in locations where little parking is

available. There are also bus lanes on the freeway, no left
turns except for buses, and the Lions Gate ramps where only

B.C. Transit buses are allowed.

Is it possible for one of the staff at B.C. Transit to look
into the possibility of handyDART vehicles being included in
the designation of buses.
