RESOLUTION:

municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated; "os .
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Lot 348, District Lot 232, Group One, Plan 30872, except
part subdivided by Plan 37960, New Westminster District,
being 2150 Nova Scotia Avenue, Port Coquitiam, B.C. be sold
to 1919 Developments Corp., c/o 440-2755 Lougheed Highway,
Port Coquifiam, B.C. V3B 5Y9, at.lor for the price or .sum of
$85,000.00 upon the terms and conditions stated in the

tender.
The adjustment date bé February 28, 1987 or earlier.

The Possession date bé February 28, 1987 or earlier.|

_The Mayor .and Clerk are authorized ‘to execute the documents
necessary. for the purpose aforesaid and: to affix: the
Corporate Seal of the City thereto;

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

only the one tender had been received. Council members will
recall that the "upset price" on this property was $84,000.00
and the conditions contained in tender submitted (relative to
the rezoning of the property) are precisely those that were
stated in the tender advertisement. Should the property not be
rezoned to RS-1A,-for whatever reason, before February 28th,
1987 the agreement for purchase and sale will be terminated and

all moneys paid will be refunded.
