From P~1, Civic Use District, to RS-L Single Family Zoning District. OBSERVATIONS: This rezoning is being submitted to City Council to correct a historic oversight. When the Zoning Bylaw Atlas map was originally drawn in 1969, lot 14 was inadvertently designated P-l, Civic Use. The error is that lots 13 ané 14 are privately owned and have a residence built over their common line. Due to this partial P-l designation, the residence is considered to be a nonconforming use. As the P-1 designation was an error and it has a negative effect on the owner's ability to make additions to their home, it is recommended the zoning designation be amended to RS-l1, Single Family District. ; Ae LITT} be W.
