SCHEDULE "E" - INQUSTRIAL/RECREATIONAL ZONES

Permitted Signs:
Signs permitted in Schedule "A" of this By-law, as regulated therein.
One directional sign (off-site) on a lot.
Identification signs.
Location and Siting:
(2) All signs, except directional signs (off-site), shall be located on the
fot of the building, structure or use to which they refer.
Sign Projections:
(a) No eign shall protect more than 300 om (0.98 feet) horizoatally frou
the face or wall of the building to which it is attached.
No sign shall project into or over public property.
Sign Heights:
The maxisum height of a freestanding sign shall be 2.5 m (8.20 feet).
No sign or pare thereof shall extend ‘or Project above the roof line of
the buflding to which it {s attached.
5. Sign Areas and Densities:
(a) Not more than one identification sign shall be located on a building
along each street which such building fronts.
(b) Not core than one freestanding sign shall be located on any one lot.

{c) With the exception of pernitted temporary signs, no,sign shall exceed

an area of 2 2 (21.53 square feet).

6. Degree of Illumination:

(a) Illuminated signs shall be permitted in P Zones.

(b) No aninated signs shall be perwitted.

SCHEDULE "F" ~ SPECIAL SiGN CONTROL ZONE

Location:

All properties fronting arterial highway No. 7 (Lougheed Highway) fron
Oxford Street to Westwood Street. ’
2. Permitted Signs:

Signs permitted in the Zones in which they are located, as regulated
therein, subject to the following conditions and exceptions:

(a} No billboard signs or roof signs shall be permicted.

(b) No sign shall project more than 300 mm (0.98 feet) horizontally
from the face or wall of the building to which te is attached.

(c) No illuminated sign or part thereof shall ertend or project above
the roof-line of the building to which it is attached except in the C3 Zone.

(4) No animated signs shall be pernitted.

{e) On lots 4000 2 (43,055.64 square feet) in size or less two free-

standing signs shall be permitted provided that: .

1. Each sign has an area not greater than 5.5m? (59.20 square feet).
The signs are located at least 30 m (98.43 feet) apart.
Each sign advertises a use occurring on the lot on which ic is
located and both signs do not advertise the save use.

All other provisions of this By-law are observed.
