C. ou March 6th, 1978. His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, L.M. Traboulay aw! M.A. Thompson in attendance. Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer V.G. Borch, P. Eng., Assistant City Engineer L. Melnechenko, Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Planning Officer L. Lee, City Treasurer J.G.S. Maitland, Recreation Director Janna Taylor, Works & Utilities Superintendent G.W. Ulmer and Mrs. D.L. Vyse. CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES: Moved by Alderman Ranger: Seconded. by Alderman Laking: That the minutes of the regular meeting of this Council held on February 20th, 1978, be taken as read and adopted. Carried. BY-LAWS : Meved by Alderman Ranger: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That By-law No. 1584 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted. Carried. Alderman Thompson introduced a By-law to authorize the use of the the unexpended balance of monies borrowed by debentures issued pursuant to provisions and under the authority of By-law 517 being the "City of Port Coquitlam Water Works Improvement Loan By-law, No. 517, 1956".
