the City of Port Coquitiam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam

City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. ou March 6th,
1978.

His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R.

Laking, E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, L.M. Traboulay aw! M.A. Thompson in
attendance.

Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock,
City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer V.G. Borch, P. Eng., Assistant
City Engineer L. Melnechenko, Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Planning Officer
L. Lee, City Treasurer J.G.S. Maitland, Recreation Director Janna Taylor,
Works & Utilities Superintendent G.W. Ulmer and Mrs. D.L. Vyse.

Coquitlam Water Works Improvement Loan By-law, No. 517, 1956".
