North-east Quarter, Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District,
prepared by G.M. Thompson, B.C.L.S., and sworn correct by him on August
28th, 1975 wherein Lots 417, 418, 419, 420, and 421 are created and
wherein Lot 421 is left with a frontage upon the highway of less than
1/10th of its perimeter, be approved;

AND THAT the Plan of Subdivision aforesaid be exempted from the
minimum frontage presecribed under Section 712 (1) of the Municipal Act
and the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land By-law, 1970, No.

Hyde Creek the Official Opening for the Hyde Creek Centre will be held on Sunday,

October 19th, 1975 sometime prior to 2:00 p-m. with Premier Barrett in

attendance. The School Board has been advised and plans are underway to

finalize the arrangements.

Ald.Thompson re Alderman Thompson advised that over the past week numerous complaints
