August 25th, 1975 A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on August 25th, 1975 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, E.W. Mabbett, M.A. Thompson, and L.M. Traboulay in attendance. Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, Assistant City Engineer D.N. Lockwood, P. Eng., Planning Officer Lanson Lee, Recreation Director Janna Taylor, Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Works & Utilities Superintendent G. Ulmer, and Mrs. B.M. Aalten. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell advised the meeting the following proposed By~law to authorize issuance of a Land Use Contract would now be considered: By-law No. 1392: To authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use Contract with A & N Construction Ltd., 2000 Orland Drive, Coquitlam, B.C. in the form and to tne extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 14" which said Land Use Contract is annexed to and made part of the By-law and the said Land Use Contract No. 14 shall extend to and shall regulate the development and use of that portion of the lands bearing the following description that lay, generally speaking, East of Maple Creck: i. Lot "A", Block 14, East half District Lot 280, Group One, Plan 10031, Except the North 55' thereof, New Westminster District; North 55' of Lot "A", Block 14, East half District Lot 380, Group One, Plan 10031, New Westminster District; South 55' of Lot "B", Block 14, District Lot 380, Plan 10031, Group One, New Westminster District; Lot "B", Block 14, East half District Lot 380, Group One, Plan 10031, Save and Except the South 55' thereof, New Westminster District; Lot "C", Block 14, East half District Lot 380, Group One, Plan 10031, Except Parcel 1 (Explanatory Plan 16741), New Westminster District.
