the following is an excerpt from the minutes of the last meeting of the
Lower Mainland Parks faAvisory Association held on March 23, 1972:

"2b the last mecting of the Association, the Chairman was rerpuested
to appoint a Naninating Camittec to bring in a suqgested slate of
officers for 1972/73. The Noninating Comittee did meat and in view
Of the suggestion by the Ains and Objectives Dvaluation Comittee
to elect four poople to the executive, rather than the present
three (Chairman, Vice Chainmn and Secretary), it was suygested
that election of the executive be deferred to the next meeting of

the Association to be held in May.

“It was regularly moved and seconded,

"RESOLVED: That the present Executive carry on until the
next meeting at which time four members will
be elected to the Executive for 1972/73.

nominations to he received by April 30, 1972,
