(c} The operation by which the cutting is carried out shall not encroach
upon, undermine, or damag> any property.

(4) The permit shall be issued for a specific tine which shall be stated
on the pernic.

(e) No permit shall be issued 4f, in tha opinion of the City Administrator
the proposed cutting would advecaely affect any adjeceat property, road or road
allowance or watercourse,

2 The City Adatnistrator sball have the right at all tines to enter upon
and inspect all lands and Prentses for vhich & permit hae been issued Pursuant to
the provisions of this By-lew, and in the event of notice of a breach in any of

the provisions of this By-les or a pernit issued Pursuant thereto being given

to the applicant for such Permit by the City Adelnistrator, the said applicant shall

forthwith cease and de: ist from cutting acy further trees fron the said lands
and premises until euch breach da remedied,

8. Any parson vho duly complies with the Provisions of this By-law shall

be twtitled to Permit to cut trees.

20. Where the holder of a perait owns or acquires further lands and prenises
from which he proposea to cut Creas then he must notify the City Adwinistrator and
weke application for a further permit.

Every person who violates any of the provisions of this By-lev, or vho
suffers or permite any act or thing to be done in violation of any of the provi
sions of this By-law, or who neglects to do or refrains fron doing anything
Tequired to be done by any of the provisions of thia By-lav, is guilty s* an
offence and upon sumary conviction therefor, shsll be liable to a fine and
penalty nos exceeding Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, or in default of payment
thereof, or in the alternative to imprisonzent for a period of tice not
exceeding Six (6) months,
