Comittee ceeting hald on Thursday, Novezber 5, 1972, at 8:30 A.M. in

Present vere Aldernan M.A. Thonpson, Chaireans; Mr. VLG, Borch,
City Engincer, Janna Taylor, Prograrcze Supervisor; Mra. Pat Singbeil;
Mea. Kay Witeing; Mr, aubrey Davies, of the P.C.A.AA. filling in for
Dr. Heffetfinger; Mra. D. Arthure.

That with crefertnce to business of tha regular meeting held on
October 26, 1972, having heard fron Me. Banni and Mr. Bob Thorpe, (resident
of Minor Hockey Association), it was recormended that the Parks and
Recres¢ion Coraitcee reaffirm the decision that the miner sporte organ
tzations draw Up constitutions for rhe good of the majority of participants
vithin that group and must waintain the eight to administer their ovn
constitutions and by-laws, Carried

ir. Oven Hovard, Recrestion Centre Supervisor, subsaitted & Taeport Clock at

Recreation

on the present situation of the tine Clock at tha Centre and indicated Centre

that there were sci12 Problens with the functioning of che Clock.

That the recctmendation to purchase a new eleck ae outlined by
the Recreation Centre Supervisor, with the old clock being returned

to the Kinssen Club, be accepted, Carried
