A Mobile Poll will be established at the places and during
the times specified by the "Mobile Poll Establishment
By-law, 1975, No. 1396"; namely, at some convenient location
at the Senior Citizens! housing facility known as "Dogwood
Manor" located at 3155 Seymour Street, from 8 o'clock in the
forenoon until 12 o'clock noon and at some convenient
location in Hawthorne Lodge, 2111 Hawthorne Avenue, from

1 o'clock in the afternoon until 5 o'clock in the afternoon,

on November 19th, 1977.

An Advanced Poll will be held at the place and during the time

specified by the "Advanced Poll By-law, 1969, No. 956";

namely at the Port Coquitlam City Hall from 1 o'clock in the
afternoon until 8 o'clock in the afternoon on Thursday,
November 10th, 1977 and from 8:30 o'clock in the forenoon
until 4:30 o'clock in the afternoon on Monday to Friday,
inclusive, November 14th to 18th, 1977.

The power to appoint Deputy Returning Officers to preside

at the respective polling-places is hereby delegated to

the Returning Officer appointed herein.

Phoenix Air Cadet Squadron permission be granted to allow the Squadron

and on Saturday, November Sth, 1977 from 9:30 a.n. to 6:00 p.m. at the

Northside Shopping Plaza and at the Port Coquitlam Liquor Store.
