At the regular Council meeting of January 10th, 1994 the following proposal of Councillor
Keryluk was taken as a Notice of Motion:

“That the Planning and Development Committee do a study of rezonings in Port
Coquitlam, in view of the existing traffic problems which the community is experiencing.

And That the question of a growth cap be explored with a view to making
recommendations to Council.”
