Potential Land Purchase - 2591 Pitt River Road (Parcel 1 {Explanatory Plan 10139},
Block B, D.L. 174, Group 1, NWD, Plan 3811)

RESOLUTION:

THAT Municipal Council authorize the purchase of Parcel 1 {Explanatory Plan 10139}, Block
B, D.L. 174, Group 1, NWD, Plan 3811, more commonly known as 2591 Pitt River Road at the
maximum upsst price of $795,000.00.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

The subject property will provide the City with the necessary right-of-way for access to the
future permanent bridge to replace the one-lane Bailey Bridge.
