The W.C.B. has placed a #1 priority on ensuring safe confined Space entry practices, e.g. Powell River in November last year received a $3,000 penalty one day and a second $3,000 penalty for non-compliance the next day. t have listed a few other locations as follows: Fall, 88 B.C.
