SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 10/88
for PoCo Place Mall.

RESOLUTION :

That as recommended by the Director o1 Vommunity Planning in his
memorandum of February 18th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved relaxing the requirements of the Sign Bylaw No. 2905 Schedule D to
permit additional signage on Lot 196 of D.L. 380, Grp 1, NWLD Plan 58699.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of
March 7th, 1988 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject
property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of this
Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of March 2lst, 1988.
Accerdingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be considered
by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the Development

Variance Permit snould be .ssued.
