RESOLUTION:

"WHEREAS the tands hereinatter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

(NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Lot 42. of Lot "A"; Block E: of Block 1; District Lot 479,
Group Une, Plan 12212, New Westminster District, being
1828 Dorset Avenue, Port Coquitiam, B.C. be sold to Mr.
Tim Whitworth, 17335 Eastern Drive, Port Coquittam, B.C.
V3C 2T5 at or for the-price or sum.of $41,000.00.

The adjustment date be January 30th, 1987 or earlier.

The Possession date be January 30th, 1987 or earlier.

The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute trie
documents necessary. for the purpose aforesai d. and to eft
the Corporate Seal of the City thereto;

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

‘when the time for receipt of tenders for the above noted
property closed at 12:00 noon on Thursday, November. 27th, 1986
two tenders had been received, Council members: Will recall
-tnat the "upset pricell on this’ property was $40, "000%,00 and. The.

other tender was in the amount. of $40,125.00.
