Y This application is similar to rezoning application 5/82 at
2352 Central. in this case an existing private. property has a split
zoning designation A-1, RS=1. Due to that error, this report is
recommending that Lot 10 be rezoned from A-1 to RS-] bringing the

entire property into an urban residential designation.
